Q. What are the payment methods that are available?


During ‘Checkout’ you may select to make payment via:

  1. Cash-on-delivery: Payment is only made once products arrive at your delivery address.
  2. Credit Card/Debit Card: Payment is made upon the ‘Checkout’ process on www.BIGboxASIA.com. A digital receipt will be sent to your email address once payment is made.
  3. Online Banking: Payment is made upon the ‘Checkout’ process on www.BIGboxASIA.com.

 


Q. What are the benefits of signing up for a free account with BIGboxASIA.com?


Account holders may shop and Checkout their orders with greater ease as they do not need to manually key-in their billing information every time they re-visit BIGboxASIA.com to make a new purchase. Account holders may also check on their current orders/statuses with ease and keep track & view all their previous purchases made.

Q. I have signed in with my account but want my goods sent to a different address other than the one I used during registration. Is this possible?


Yes, you may simply key-in an alternate address during Checkout.

 


Q. I have ordered my products and confirmed payment with BIGboxAsia.com What do I do next?


A confirmation & digital receipt of your order will be send to your email address upon ‘Checkout’ confirmation. You can now sit back & relax as your goods will be delivered to you in a maximum of 2-3 working days. 

 


Q. How can I view items in my Shopping Cart?


Click on ‘View Cart’ under the ‘My Account’ category at the right hand corner of your screen.

 


Q. Can I add/reduce the quantity of items in my Shopping Cart?


Yes you may. Just add/reduce the quantity of your item/items and click on the ‘update’ symbol next to the quantity box.  

 


Q. How can I remove an Item from my Shopping Cart?


Click on ‘View Cart’ under the ‘My Account’ category at the right hand corner of your screen.

Then click on the ‘x’ symbol to remove your item. 

 


Q. When will I receive my order?


Upon successfully placing your order, a verification process will be conducted by our Customer Service team and a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible.

After verification, you will receive your order within 2 - 3 working days.

 


Q. I have not received my order after 3 working days. What can I do?


Please contact us at support@bigboxasia.com and our customer service consultant will get in touch with you.

Kindly include your ‘shipping number’ or ‘invoice number’ included in your confirmation email as well as your contact number.

 


Q. I have ordered multiple items but have only received one item. What do I do?


Please contact us at support@bigboxasia.com and our customer service consultant will get in touch with you.

Kindly include your ‘shipping number’ included in your confirmation email as well as your contact number.

 


Q. I received a defective product with torn packaging/expired/spoiled products. What do I do now?


Please contact us by emailing support@bigboxasia.com and kindly include a photo of your defective product & ‘shipping number’ or ‘invoice number’. You may either choose for a full refund or for a replacement of your product to be sent to your delivery address at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

 

 


Q. Can I place orders for dry, chilled and frozen goods in one go?


Yes you can, but do kindly take note that frozen goods will be delivered at a separate time or date as we would have to use a frozen truck to make the delivery instead. Rest assured you will still receive ALL your goods within 2-3 working days.

 

 


Q. Do you do delivery throughout the entire Malaysia?


We are able to deliver dry goods nationwide. However, due to present carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver chilled and frozen goods to the areas stated below. Rest assured, we are always improving to serve you better.

  3. Kelantan
  4. Sabah
  5. Sarawak

Q. What are your delivery charges like? Do I get FREE DELIVERY?


For deliveries within the Klang Valley, any purchases made at RM150 and above will be shipped for FREE. Any purchases made below RM150, will be imposed a flat shipping rate of RM10 to your total bill.

For deliveries outside the Klang Valley, any purchases made at RM200 and above will be shipped for FREE. Any purchases made below RM200 will be imposed a flat shipping rate of RM20 to your total bill.

 

For deliveries to Sabah & Sarawak, the following delivery charges are applied:

 

Sabah: RM16.50 for the first kilogram, RM 11.70 for each additional kilogram.

Sarawak: RM14.50 for the first kilogram, RM 9 for each additional kilogram.


Products will be delivered between 2 to 3 working days.
