1. Pre heat wok. Heat up Cheffaro Chicken Curry Paste stir fry under medium heat until fragrant. Add in 1.3kg chicken (or preferred meat), continue cooking at medium heat for 5 minutes. Add small amount water if it's too dry during the cooking process.
2. Add in 350 ml water, stir and cover lid. Simmer in medium heat for 15 minutes or till cooked. Open lid, add in pre-fried potato (add some water if curry is too dry) and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add in 200ml fresh milk or coconut milk, stir well and cook for 2 minutes in low heat. Serve hot.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
