Black Coffee (Kopi-O)
Traditional Black Coffee is added margarine and sugar as ingredients after the roasting process. It is call as “Kopi-O” in Malaysia, the word “kopi” is a Malay term for coffee, and the “O” is Hokkien (Chinese dialect) for black. It is commonly served at traditional coffee shops called kopitiam found over Southeast Asia. This type of coffee had been a favourite in Malaysia and Singapore.
