INGREDIENTS: Ginseng, Fructus Lycii, Guangxi Cordyceps, White pepper, Radix Codonopsis, Salt and Permitted Food Enhancers.
PREPARATION: 1kg chicken meat, 1500ml water, salt and light soy sauce to taste.
COOKING METHOD:
- Boil 1500ml of water.
- Add in Masfood Ginseng Chicken Soup Spices. (Do not open), chicken meat and salt.
- After the soup boils, simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Serve hot.
