INGREDIENTS: Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum Wallichii, Cinnamon, Anise, Citri Exocarpium and Selected Tea Leaves.


  1. 10 ~ 15 eggs.
  2. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce.
  3. 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce.


  1. Add in water and eggs into a pot. Boil the egg until cooked. Take out the egg and lightly beat the eggshell to get even cracks.
  2. Put back the eggs and add Masfood Tea Egg spices, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce into the pot.
  3. Simmer 3 hours or more on low heat and it will be ready to serve. (Ensure the water level is above the egg in the cooking process.)
