INGREDIENTS: Shallot, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spices, Ginger, Sugar, Galangai, Salt, Palm Oil, MSG (E621) & Preservative(E211).
PREPARATION: 1 packet of Masfood Instant Rendang Curry Paste, 1.2kg of chicken or any meat of your choice, 300ml of water (1 1/2 cups), 250ml of thick coconut milk and 100grams of pre-fried coconut shreds.
COOKING METHOD: Stir-fry the chicken or meat of your choice with the paste over a low heat until it is fragrant. Then, add water and the coconut milk along with the chicken and simmer until the meat is tender and gravy becomes thicker. Lastly add in the coconut shreds. (Approx:40minutes)
