Kam Heong Paste:
Garlic, Lemongrass, Sugar, Salt, Shallot, Chilli, Shrimp, Vegetable oil, MSG E621 & Preservative E211.
Cereal, Non-Dairy Creamer, Pepper, Sugar, Salt and Spices.
PREPARATION: Prawns 400g, Curry Leaves, 2 pieces of Chilli Padi (chopped), Margarine – 2 tablespoon
- Clean prawns, trim off heads while keeping shells.
- Heat oil in wok. Lightly fry prawns till cooked. Remove and drain.
- Discard oil, clean wok. Over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of margarine, chilli, curry leaves and Masfood Kam Heong paste to stir-fry till fragrant. Add in prawns and stir-fry. Lastly, add in Masfood Cereal Mix and mix well. Ready to serve.
