- 1 packet of Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoons light soy sauce.
- 1500ml water.
- 1kg meat, ribs, chicken, eggs or others.
- Boil 1500ml water.
- Add in Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices, meat or others, garlic, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce into the boiling water.
- Continue to simmer on low heat. SUGGESTED COOKING TIME: Chicken / Bean Curd / Egg 30mins. Duck / Meats / Ribs 1 hour.
