Order Guide

Having trouble with shopping? Don't worry!

Here's a simple visual guide for you:

Step 1

Select the product you would like to order from our Category Page.

Step 2

Kindly choose the quantity and click the "Add To Cart" button.

Step 3

Click on "Cart" icon on the top right of the page to check what's added to your shopping list. Repeat Step 1 to 3 to add more items to your list. You can check out once your cart has reached at least 5 items. Once you're done, click on the "Go to Cart" button to double check your shopping list.

Step 4

A. Check details of your products in the Shopping Cart. You may change quantity and delete items here. Once done, remember to "Update Shopping Cart".

B. If you have reward points of a special discount code, key it into this column and click "Apply Discount" to activate the discount.

C. Click on the button "Proceed to Checkout" to fill up payment and delivery details.

Step 5

Key in the required billing information.

Step 6

Choose the preferred payment method.

Step 7

Further confirm your purchase details before you click on the "Place Order" button.

Step 8

You will be prompted to the payment gateway page. You will be required to key in your bank/card details. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to BIGboxASIA.com and shall be given an Order ID. You may then track your purchase via the confirmation email from BIGbox ASIA.

You will get an extra 5% discount for the subsequent amount after RM50.
